Another Away Tie For Brig

On The Road Again !

Incredibly, Bamber Bridge have been drawn away from home once again in a cup competition after coming out of the hat second to Salford City in the Second Round draw of the League Challenge Cup.

This is the fifth time this season that the South Ribble side have been drawn away from home in the various cup competitions.

So far, Brig have been given away ties at Curzon Ashton in the FA Cup, Cammell Laird in the FA Trophy, AFC Fylde in the League Cup and now Salford City in the League Cup. If Brig are successful in the game against Cammell Laird in the FA Trophy on Friday the 7th October, then they will have to travel to either Sheffield or Warrington Town in the First Qualifying Round on the 22nd October.

In the meantime, the Salford City League Cup tie will take place at Moor Lane on Tuesday night the 11th October, kick-off 7.45pm
