Brig Look For A Change Of Fortune In Tameside

Brig Hoping To Get Back On Track At Mossley

Bamber Bridge travel to Tameside this evening hoping to avoid their third defeat on the bounce in the First Division North, as they take on fellow mid-table side Mossley at Seel Park.

A win or draw would be especially welcome as it would be the clubs first points gained in the league since taking all three points in the 2-1 victory at Radcliffe Borough on the 10th September.

Manager Neil Crowe and his assitant Neil Reynolds will be really keen to to see the players pick themselves up following the disappopintment of Saturday’s 0-3 loss at Durham City. The team never really got into their stride at New Ferens Park at the weekend against the much improved ‘Citizens’ who controlled proceedings throughout.

Brig hope to emulate last season’s achievement at Seel Park when a single goal from skipper, Michael White, on the first day of term, proved just enough to seal all three points.
