Club Hire

This versatile room can cater for private or corporate events for up to 100 delegates.

The accommodating lounge and spacious bar area ensure that the club is frequently utilised as a venue for private functions, such as club and society meetings or parties.

The facility enjoys the following:

• accommodation for up to 200 guests; catering to your specification;
• well stocked, competitively priced bar; DJ available on request;
• available for hire by day or night.

Hire the B.B.F.C. Club with its well stocked licensed bar for your functions and enjoy your occasion in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Business Meetings, Presentations, Weddings, Celebrations, Funerals, Children’s Parties etc. can all be catered for.

The price ranges from £45/day inclusive of VAT, and is dependant upon time, duration and scope of facilities required.

Boardroom / Sports Lounge Hire

The Sports Lounge is a newly refurbished, fully self-contained unit that doubles as our boardroom and is used on matchdays for hosting match sponsors.

The lounge has been successfully used for presentations and training courses and can accommodate up to 32 people.

The room can be made available in various formats including a classroom layout with up to six tables, a more traditional theatre-style layout or in a boardroom layout with central table.

Catering

Catering for your function or meeting can also be supplied from the club’s own facilities with a selection of competitively priced menus. A specially tailored menu can be made available by prior arrangement. Please make your requirements known when booking.
