Bamber Bridge Football Clubs' next Annual Beer Festival will be held between 17 - 20 April 2008, in the Club House at the Irongate ground.
There will be up to 25 ales and ciders on tap, with a good mix of different beers - from firm favourites to a few brews not often seen locally. There's something to suit everyone's taste!
Entry includes a free commemorative pint glass and the festival programme with tasting notes. (There is only one charge for admission - just bring along your programme & get in free of charge at later sessions).

Wherever possible, Bamber Bridge Football Club encourages visitors to use public transport, as detailed below. However, the club does have limited parking on the Irongate site which is free of charge.

Bamber Bridge Station is located on the Preston to Blackburn line and a 10-15 minute walk from Irongate.
By Bus
Preston Bus Station: Stagecoach Service 113 from Preston Bus Station (Stand 79) to Brownedge Road, Bamber Bridge - Saturday: dep 40 past hour, arr 09 past hour. Stagecoach Service 125/126 Preston Bus Station (Stand 79) to Withy Trees PH, Station Road - Saturday dep every 10 mins with journey time of 14 mins.
Chorley Bus Station: Stagecoach Services 125/126 from Chorley Bus Station (Stand E) to Withy Trees PH, Station Road - Saturday dep every 10 mins with journey time of 28 mins.
Note: Withey Trees PH is a 5-10 mins walk from Irongate.
By Car
From South (via M6): Take M6 northbound until junction 29 and exit motorway following signs 'A6 Preston (South) & M65 Blackburn' onto slip road. Keep in left hand lane and take slip road prior to roundabout following signs 'A6 Preston (South)' onto M65 westbound. Take M65 downhill to terminal roundabout, follow road roundabout and onto roundabout with A6. Straight ahead at roundabout, 2nd exit, signs 'A6 Preston' then after 600yds take third exit at roundabout signs 'Bamber Bridge' onto Brownedge Road (East). After 100yds take 1st right (on bend) and the ground is on left at end of the road prior to A6 overbridge.
From South/East (via M61): Take M61 northbound until junction 9 and exit motorway following signs 'A6 Preston (South) & M65 Blackburn' onto slip road. Keep in left hand lane and take slip road following signs 'A6 Preston (South)' onto M65 westbound. Take M65 to terminal roundabout, follow road roundabout and onto roundabout with A6. Straight ahead at roundabout, 2nd exit, signs 'A6 Preston' then after 600yds take third exit at roundabout signs 'Bamber Bridge' onto Brownedge Road (East). From East (via M65): Take M65 westbound until terminal roundabout, follow road roundabout and onto roundabout with A6. Straight ahead at roundabout, 2nd exit, signs 'A6 Preston' then after 600yds take third exit at roundabout signs 'Bamber Bridge' onto Brownedge Road (East). After 100yds take 1st right (on bend) and the ground is on left at end of the road prior to A6 overbridge.
From North (via M6): Take M6 southbound until junction 29 and exit motorway following signs 'A6 Chorley'. At roundabout take third exit onto A6 signs 'Preston', then straight ahead at traffic lights ignoring signs for 'Bamber Bridge'. After 400yds, straight ahead at traffic lights (Sainsbury's on right) and then at roundabout take third exit signs 'A6 Preston'. After 600yds take third exit at roundabout signs 'Bamber Bridge' onto Brownedge Road (East). After 100yds take 1st right (on bend) and the ground is on left at end of the road prior to A6 overbridge.
