Phil Entwistle has added to his squad ahead of the new season with the signatures of three players.
Goalkeeper Andy Banks has returned to Brig from Unibond Premier Division side Marine after the departure of Terry McCormick to new team AFC Liverpool.
Another returnee is left-back Lee Pryers who has signed from Unibond Premier Division Champions Fleetwood Town. Lee is two competitive starts from acheiving 100 appearances for Brig.
The third player in the trio of signings is ex-Chesterfield defender Steve Howson who has signed from Unibond Premier Division side Ashton United.
Neil Zarac has also pledged his future to Brig have turning down approaches from Conference North side Burscough and AFC Liverpool.
Andy Banks - Goalkeeper

In his third spell with the Irongate club. On leaving school Andy joined Preston North End where he stayed for two years before moving on to Bury where he had a twelve months stint. Moved on to Morecambe for five years before joining Shrimps neighbours Lancaster City. Had a three month loan spell at Irongate during 2001-02 whilst at Giant Axe. Teamed up again with former Brig manager Tony Greenwood at Fleetwood Town for two years. Signed for Bamber Bridge prior to the 2004-05 campaign but left at the end of the season and returned to Highbury Avenue. Joined Marine in January 2007 before retuning to Irongate for the start of the 2008-09 season.
Lee Pryers - Left-back

Learned his football at Bolton Wanderers where he spent five years before moving on to Leigh RMI in 1999. After a season at Hilton Park Lee joined Bamber Bridge for the first of three spells with the Irongate club. Was very popular with the fans at the South Ribble club in his two year stay before moving on to Chorley for a season. Then joined Fleetwood Town where he won a North West Counties League First Division championship medal in 2004-05 and was voted as the supporters Player of the Year at Highbury Stadium. Had a season away from the game in 2007-08 but retuned to Irongate at the start of the 2008-09 campaign. A tenacious player who never gives less than a hundred per cent.
Stuart Howson - Defender
Stuart began his football career at Blackburn Rovers. At 16 he was captain of the Lancashire team that won a national cup, and in the following year captained the Blackburn Rovers under 17 side. During 2000-01 Stuart had a loan spell down-under with Australian side Northern Spirit. Moved on to Chesterfield at the start of the 2002-03 season and in total the defender made 55 appearances for the Spireites and scored three goals. Stuart left Chesterfield in July 2004 for Accrington Stanley but the move never worked out and he ended up leaving after playing just a handful of games. Spells at Droylsden and Lancaster City followed before Stuart signed for Barrow in January 2006, from where he joined Chorley. Joined Bradford Park Avenue in November 2007 before moving to Bamber Bridge at the start of the 2008-09 season.
